The Society of Human Resource Management is a recognized association of high level human resource professionals. Twice each year (for the past fifteen years) we have provided training to those who plan to sit for the industry recognized SHRM certification (PHR or SPHR). Our subject matter expertise is in the area of Selection and Placement and our training includes focus on Job and Workflow Analysis; Job Design; Business Process Re-Engineering; creating and developing Job Descriptions and Job Specifications; Labor Market Research (global, occupational, etc.); developing and implementing Recruiting Programs including Diversity, Minority, Disabled and Veterans; Recruiting Process Metrics; Selection and Interviewing, Screening and Testing, Legal Concerns in Hiring and much more.

Companies call Placement Professionals when they have needs for job analysis, development or upgrade of job descriptions, assistance with acquisition of new hires during times of talent acquisition, creation of Employee Handbooks, Employment Agreements, Orientation Materials and any other human resource related documents.

Our recent contracts have included the Department of Defense, Office of the Inspector General for hiring and recruiting services where we rewrote job vacancy announcements, developed specialized recruiting plans and supported the Human Capital Acquisition group where needed. We also have a three year contract with the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey.
